Withings Health Mate App Reviews

The worst is the app or the scale doesnt immediately update with new readings, and there is no way to trigger them to do so. So right now it is showing yesterdays reading when Ive weighed in twice since then. The missing readings eventually show up but unpredictably. Theres no rhyme or reason why they do or dont. Next is when you go to a chart and it is completely covered by a banner showing the detail of the most recent reading. You have to click outside the banner twice. Why twice? Only the programmers know. Why not just show the chart first, and let people click on a datapoint if they need to see the detail? Then theres the activity chart that has different scales then the other charts which ruins it if one likes to run through all the charts to see them on the same timescale for comparative reasons. Finally the dashboard uses the first position for "Wellness Levels" that are really advertisements for other products. This cannot be removed or moved and is irritating. The good thing hopefully is that these complaints all seem easily fixable, and then it would be a five star app.

I can no longer connect my scale or blood pressure monitor to the app. Withings "support" no longer responds to my email after I asked for a phone number. Zero stars...

Title says it all, my steps are captured completely with my Apple Watch, not my iPhone. Please update to support this as myfitnesspal already does. Also time for iPhone 6 optimization, its been years now.

Latest update is unusable. The app crashes just after start up.

After unsuccessful trying for reset my Whitings Home to factory defaults, finally no way instead changing my device under warranty but I still not received my new camera. I faced with bad experience and realized that there is better options from the other brands in the market with less price and more advantages like 360 camera

I wish this app automatically pushed the data to Apples Health Kit. You have to turn the setting off, then back on, for it to send data to Health Kit.
